프로젝트 소개

2020년 1월 8일, COVID-19가 한국에서 시작되고 2년 이상의 시간이 지났다. 현재는 확진자 수가 감소세에 접어들고 있고, 정부의 사회적 거리두기도 폐지가 되었다. 또한, 2022년 5월 2일부로 외부 마스크 사용 역시 폐지되었기 때문에 다시 운동을 시작하려는 사람이 많아졌다.

하지만 2년동안 야외활동도 적어지고, 운동의 빈도도 적어졌기 때문에 어떻게 운동을 시작해야 할지 막막할 수 있다. 운동을 시작하자고 하더라도 운동 방법을 잘 모르는 경우도 있고, 혼자 하다 보니 재미가 없어서 금세 그만두는 경우도 잦다. 또한, 단체 스포츠를 하고 싶은 경우에도 동호회에 참여하는 것은 또 부담스러워 선뜻 가입을 하기 힘들다.

‘너만오면고’는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 내가 원할 때 나와 수준이 인근의 사람을 찾아 알맞은 파트너들을 모을 수 있게 도와준다. 또한, 같이 땀을 흘리며 운동을 즐길 수 있는 연결고리가 되어 부담 없이 스포츠를 즐길 수 있도록 환경을 조성해 동기부여가 될 수 있을 것으로 예상한다.

결과적으로 사람들이 더 적극적인 체육활동을 지속하는 것으로 스포츠 종목의 전반적인 저변확대와 국민건강증진을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

Absract

On January 8, 2020, COVID-19 began in Korea and more than two years have passed. Currently, the number of confirmed cases is on the decline, and the government’s social distancing has also been abolished. In addition, as of May 2, 2022, the use of external masks was also abolished, so more people want to start exercising again.

However, since there has been less outdoor activities and less exercise frequency over the past two years, you may not know how to start exercising. Even if you want to start exercising, there are cases where you don’t know how to exercise well, and you often quit quickly because it’s not fun to do it alone. In addition, even if you want to play group sports, it is also burdensome to participate in the club, making it difficult to join.

To solve these problems, “If You Come Go” helps me and my level find people nearby and gather the right partners when I want to. In addition, it is expected that it will be a link where you can sweat and enjoy exercise together, creating an environment so that you can enjoy sports without any burden, which will motivate you.

As a result, it is expected that people will continue to engage in more active sports activities to expand the overall base of sports events and promote national health.
