1. 프로젝트 소개

유튜브를 필두로 한 영상 시장은 최근까지 지속적으로 크게 성장하고 있다.그런데 시장이 커지고 있는 만큼 문제점도 발생하고 있다. 길거리를 지나가다 얼굴이 찍혀 바로 실시간 방송에 노출되는 문제가 많아지고 있다. 또는 행인의 얼굴이 찍혀있는 영상을 편집없이 업로드하는 문제도 있다. 게다가 기존의 TV 범죄 용의자 생방송 화면을 송출할 때도 초상권 보호를 필요로 하는 상황이 있다. 우리는 위와 같은 문제에 주목하여 우리는 이미지나 단순 영상 또는 실시간 영상을 입력으로 받아 학습 된 얼굴이 아니면 자동으로 블러처리 해준 후 출력해주는 기능을 가진 프로그램을 제공한다. 추가적인 기능으로,방송심의 관한 규정에 의하면 특정 방송에서는 브랜드 로고를 노출시키는 형태의 광고는 금지되고있다,그리고 이 작업을 브랜드 로고에 검은 테이프를 붙이거나 편집할 때 직접 모자이크를 하고있다. 이러한 작업을 수작업으로 하여서 인력의 낭비가 심하다. 이러한 문제점을 인식하고 우리는 이미지 입력 및 영상에서 브랜드 로고를 찾고 그 로고에 대하여 자동으로 블러 처리를 해준 후 출력해주는 기능을 제공한다.

2. Abstract

The YouTube-led video market continues to grow.However, as the market is growing, problems are also occurring. There is a growing problem of being exposed to real-time broadcasting as the face is shot through the streets. Or the image of the face of the passerby is uploaded without editing. In addition, there is a situation in which the right of privacy is protected even when transmitting the live screen of a TV crime suspect.We pay attention to the above problem, and we provide a program that has an image, a simple image, or a real-time image as inputs and automatically blur the processed face and output it. As an additional function, according to the regulation on broadcast review, advertising in the form of exposing the brand logo is prohibited in certain broadcasts, and the task is directly mosaicking the brand logo when attaching a black tape to the brand logo or editing the image. This is a waste of manpower because people have to work directly. Recognizing this problem, we provide a function to detect for brand logo in image input and image, and to automatically blur the logo and output it.
